Rules and general information!

Before you begin, Please read this carefully. By taking any services from NEO Technologies, You agree to our terms and services.
All services provided by NEO Technologies may be used for lawful purposes only. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NEO Technologies from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
There is no hidden charge on any of our packages or services, so choose the most suitable package for you!
NEO Technologies is not IP Telephony Service Provider. We are the IPTSP resaler of Link-3 Technologies Limited.

  • 15% charge will be applicable as government service with all call charges. However bundle offer includes 15% service charge. So separate charges will not apply.
  • Tariffs may change at any time as per BTRC guidelines.
  • Service may be temporarily down at any time for quality improvement and security. However we guarantee 99% up time.
  • If the maintenance and development of the server is done in an official way, if there is a possibility of interruption in the work of the customer, it will be informed in advance through SMS or email. Therefore, mobile connection and email ID must be provided while taking connection / service.
  • Since the connections are completely internet dependent. Therefore, without BDIX (Bangladesh Internet Exchange) connection, a customer may be deprived of the opportunity to use the IP telephone number. In that case NEO Technologies will not be responsible in any way.
  • It is not possible to say exactly how long BDIX (Bangladesh Internet Exchange) will be down. Duration can range from 2 minutes to 2 hours or more. However, if we understand, the customer will be informed via SMS or email.
  • NEO Technologies never supports or assists in making or receiving calls from an IP Phone Number with or without a mobile phone. However, if the customer wants to use it, he will use it at his own risk.
  • IP Phone Connection of NEO Technologies; Can be used on any IP phone set or PC. If setting is difficult, support with remote desktop software will be provided. Customer service is not provided by sending any type of engineer. However, if the customer wants to come to our office and receive the service, you can.
  • If the customer wants support in his office, a separate service charge will be added.
  • If our connection to the IP telephone set or computer cannot be used due to any technical reason or any problem with the internet service provider, the full package price is refunded to the customer only after deducting the fund processing charge. However, in that case you have to complain via email within 7 days of transferring the connection. No complaints after 7 days are admissible. In case of advance payment, if you complain after 7 days, the rest of the money will be refunded after deducting one time fee and incidental expenses as per the package.
  • If the customer's IP phone set problem, PC problem or you can't use the connection through the app on the mobile phone, the money is not refunded. So if the customer fixes the device at their own risk and informs us, we will reconfigure that connection.
  • If you want to use IP phone set from business and corporate bundle offer, you have to pay 12 months bill in advance for that bundle (including phone charge). If the customer does not want to use the connection, we must be notified within 7 days and the deposit will be refunded. If the customer removes the sticker, seal of the phone set or does any damage, the rest of the money will be paid after deducting the price of the set. If informed after 7 days, only the money for the service (depending on the condition of the set) will be refunded and the money for the phone set will not be refunded. If the set is not usable, the rest of the money will be refunded after deducting the money from the set.
  • The IP phone set must be returned after disconnection. The service terminate is not acceptable until the phone set is returned.
  • In case of any damage while using the IP phone set (such as: broken, burnt, torn, damaged) the customer will pay the market price of the set. If there is any problem with the set we provided, it must be mentioned in the contract or via email.
  • If you want to use Cloud Call Center (Galaxy) service only, the setup charge will be applicable first and it is non-refundable. Work will start after the customer pays one month service charge setup charge in advance.
  • The monthly bundle fee has to be paid before the 1st. Otherwise the connection will be disconnected. No requests will be accepted.
  • Bills for the next month of all monthly packages must be paid before the beginning of the month (before the 30th of the month). Otherwise the remaining talktime / balance of the previous month cannot be used in the next month. Talk time (balance) will be zero at 0.00 o'clock on the 1st of every month.
  • If a customer fails to pay the bill for a month and does not request disconnection, a 1 month bundle charge is required to re-establish the connection after 2 months. That means he has to pay the bundle for 1 month and the remaining charge for the month in which he will use it.
  • At the time of new connection, on the date on which the bundle starts, only the remaining few days bill will be accepted after calculating the monthly bill.
